Audit Objective

The objective of the audit was to determine whether there is:

  • Applicable legislation and a sound governance framework in place to manage the service improvement programs (DSIP, PSIP and LLGSIP);
  • Effective management of funding allocations and acquittals of payment made under the service improvement programs; and
  • Effective monitoring and reporting of service improvement program results against implementation.
